Intermediate HSE Coordinators – Auckland
As a major player in the Auckland market this contractor is always looking for talented and experienced individuals to join their team on a variety of projects. They recently secured two more major projects and so that requirement has become more urgent.
They are looking for a number of Intermediate HSE Coordinators to work on commercial construction projects around the city. Part of a larger HSE team you will be supporting the PM and HSE Manager to make sure that the site complies with HSE regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with the team on the ground, using instruction and demonstration, to make sure that everyone is working in line with best practice.
You will also be involved with those visiting the site and any trades/subcontractors working on a temporary basis. Your role will also include input to the larger HSE model and you will be part of on-going reviews and assessments to ensure that the project runs smoothly and without incident. Your experience will include commercial construction work and you will be familiar with HSE legislation. Relationships are everything in this role and the ability to communicate easily with the team is essential.
