We’re seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join a leading civil contractor delivering major 3 Waters infrastructure projects across Wellington. As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of critical water infrastructure projects, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
Projects include:
- Water treatment and wastewater infrastructure
- Pipelines and reticulation networks
- Pump stations and reservoirs
- Major renewals and capital upgrades across the 3 Waters sector
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in civil construction/project engineering
- Proven experience delivering 3 Waters / water infrastructure projects (essential)
- A Civil Engineering degree or equivalent industry-recognised qualification
- Strong understanding of project planning, commercial management, QA, and H&S
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership capability
