I’m looking for a capable, hands-on Civil Project Engineer who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and thrives in a busy project environment. You’ll be involved in the planning, coordination and delivery of civil projects, working alongside experienced project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You’ll need a solid technical foundation, a practical approach to problem-solving and, above all, a can-do attitude. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes ownership of their work and wants to keep learning and developing.
What I’m Looking For
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant equivalent qualification.
- Experience in civil construction, ideally across roads, water infrastructure, structures or other heavy civil projects.
- A good all-round understanding of project engineering, including planning, programming, quality, cost control and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, flexible approach and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
- The ambition to develop your technical skills and progress your career.
