Our client is a leading civil contractor with a strong pipeline of major infrastructure projects. They are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale highways projects. This is a permanent role offering an excellent salary and package, including full relocation and immigration assistance for international candidates.
As Project manager you will take full ownership of highways projects valued at $25m (GBP10m) or above, managing all aspects of delivery from planning through to handover. Working within a self-delivery environment, you’ll oversee teams, manage budgets, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to guarantee the successful completion of complex civil works.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience with a leading civil contractor.
- Proven track record in highways and major infrastructure project delivery.
- Experience delivering projects of $25m (GBP10m) or larger.
- Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated self-delivery experience with a contractor.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
