We’re seeking a Construction/Structural Engineer with a proven track record of delivering major commercial builds. You’ll play a key role in driving quality, safety, and technical excellence from groundworks through to completion, working closely with an experienced project team to bring this impressive development to life.
Other key attributes include,
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with a construction contractor on large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong structural and construction engineering knowledge across all stages of build.
- Solid understanding of engineering systems and relevant New Zealand standards, ensuring full compliance throughout the project.
- Proven experience with quality assurance (QA) processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced site environment.
- A collaborative approach with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
