We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale heavy civil projects. You’ll be responsible for driving project delivery from planning through to completion, leading a high-performing team and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.
About the Role:
- Lead the delivery of a major hydro infrastructure project from inception to completion.
- Manage complex civil and structural works, including significant concrete and structural components.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve key milestones.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Champion innovation, safety, and sustainability across all project phases.
About You:
- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success delivering heavy civil infrastructure projects—hydro, dams, bridges, or large concrete structures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.
- A proactive problem solver who brings ideas, initiative, and a drive for excellence.
