We’re seeking a Senior Construction Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction contractor delivering an awesome $70M commercial build project in the heart of Taupo. This two-year development will be a career-defining opportunity, offering complexity, scale, and the chance to work alongside an experienced and highly regarded project team. We’re looking for,
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a construction contractor
- Proven track record on large-scale commercial build projects of $50M+
- Strong commercial acumen, cost control, and contract management expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The successful applicant will secure and excellent salary and package in line with their experience.
