The commercial construction market in booming in the Auckland, New Zealand’s biggest city, and as such there is a massive need for professionals from the UK construction market to join us in completing all that work. One particular client specialising in the sector has recently secured a significant amount of work around the city in a number of sectors, all of which will be starting this year. Projects are all design and build contracts and range from $80m to $300m in value.
In order to recruit new team members for these projects one of their senior managers has committed to a visit to the UK in the next few months to meet with, and interview, a select group of applicants for key roles within the business. Senior roles are the priority and that list includes,

- Senior Quantity Surveyors
- Health & Safety Managers
- Design Managers
Applicants must have experience with a tier 1 or tier 2 commercial construction contractor and be used to working on large projects of £75m or above.
