I’m seeking an experienced Civil Contract Manager to join an established civil contracting team. You will take responsibility for overseeing a wide portfolio of projects ranging in value from $1m to $30m, across sectors including 3 Waters (water, wastewater, stormwater), Roading & Infrastructure, Land Development, Civil Structures and other general civil works. This is a senior position where you will manage an excellent team of professionals through project delivery from start to finish, ensuring commercial success, client satisfaction and excellence in execution. Continued business development will also be key to the role and so your experience of establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships will be pivotal.

- Proven senior managerial experience within a civil contracting environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive project performance
- Excellent man management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams
- A track record of building and maintaining outstanding client and stakeholder relationships
- Capability to manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying scale
