Are you an experienced Civil Project Manager with a knack for leading successful projects in the heart of Auckland? We’re seeking a seasoned professional with New Zealand-specific expertise in water, structures and heavy civil works to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Utilize your expertise in water, structures, and heavy civil works to deliver sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience of working on heavy civil projects for a civil contractor
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
