A lift in activity has created an exciting opportunity with one of New Zealand’s leading civil contractors. Based in stunning Wellington, I am seeking an experienced Marine Project Engineer to join the team and deliver challenging and high-profile marine projects.
As Project Engineer you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of major marine works, working closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a long-term career opportunity with an established contractor offering stability, growth, and a supportive environment. Requirements for the role include,
- Minimum of 5 years’ site-based experience with a civil contractor.
- The majority of experience to be in marine works (wharves, jetties, coastal structures, dredging, piling or related works).
- Strong technical understanding and proven project delivery capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
