As Civil Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex civil projects, working with experienced teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. We’re particularly interested in Project Managers with strong heavy civil experience, including structures, water treatment plants and other major infrastructure projects. A solid understanding of M&E works is essential, as you’ll be managing projects where civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines come together.
What I’m Looking For
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant industry-related qualification
- Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
- Strong heavy civil experience, ideally involving structures, water treatment plants or similar complex infrastructure.
- A sound understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works and their integration with civil construction.
- Strong leadership, commercial management, planning and project delivery skills.
- The ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
- A proactive approach, with a focus on safety, quality, programme and profitability.
