We’re looking for an experienced Formwork/Shuttering Foreman to join a growing Christchurch-based contractor delivering a diverse range of civil, infrastructure and commercial construction projects throughout the region. The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading site teams, planning daily activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Working alongside experienced engineers and project managers, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex reinforced concrete structures across a variety of challenging projects.
You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Formwork or Shuttering Foreman.
- Strong background in reinforced concrete structures.
- Ability to lead and motivate site crews.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety.
- Experience reading drawings and coordinating site activities.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and pride in producing quality work.
