An outstanding opportunity has become available for experienced Highway Foremen and Highway Supervisors to join a well-established contractor delivering road construction and maintenance projects on the stunning Caribbean island of Anguilla. We’re looking for experienced leaders who know how to get the best from their teams, maintain high standards of workmanship, and deliver projects safely, efficiently and on programme.
What you’ll be doing,
- Supervising road construction and highway maintenance crews.
- Planning and coordinating daily site activities.
- Leading teams to deliver work safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Managing plant, materials and labour efficiently.
- Ensuring quality, health & safety and environmental standards are maintained.
- Working closely with project managers and clients to keep projects moving.
- What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Highway Foreman, Road Foreman, Highway Supervisor or Civil Supervisor.
- Strong background in road construction, resurfacing or highway maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and consistently deliver quality work.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to safety.
- Full driving licence.
Applicants holding a UK passport will be particularly well suited due to the simplicity of the immigration process, although applications from other suitably experienced candidates are also welcomed.
